On the other hand, Lauren has had an entrepreneurial spirit from a young age, which led her to successfully lead four organizations. She has developed a knack for effective team and project management which has been key to her growth as a leader.

Charles's extensive expertise in property damage management perfectly complements Lauren's sharp business sense and exceptional organizational skills.
